Ingredients

  • 1 cupall-purpose flour (about 125 grams)
  • 1 cupgrated salty white cheese (such as queso fresco or feta)
  • 1/2 cupguava paste, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cupsalty white cheese, cut into cubes (such as queso fresco or feta)
  • 1 cupmilk or water (about 240 ml)
  • 1egg
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Oil for frying

    In a bowl, add the flour and egg. Mix until a dough forms.

    Gradually add the milk, then add the remaining ingredients.
