  1. "Crispy Potato Wedges"
  2. Recipe :
  3. Boile potato : 6 (cut in cubes)
  4. 1 tspBlack pepper
  5. As neededSalt :
  6. (First Coating):
  7. 1 cupFlour
  8. 1 tbspOigano
  9. 1 tspDried grinded mint
  10. 1/2 tspSalt
  11. 1 tspChicken powder :
  12. 1 tspwhite pepper :
  13. (Sec Coating) :
  14. Add Rice Crackers 1/2 cup in first coating mixture
  15. egg 2 beated

Cooking Instructions

    Procedure :
    First boil potato n cut into cubes
    keep it in refrigerator for 5 min
    Then coating with flour by dipping it in cold water.
    Keep in fridge for 5 min
    then recoat it with crushed crackers by dipping it with beated egg
    Keep it in fridge for 10 mins.
    Now deep frying till golden brown color appears..
