Ingredients

  • "Crispy Potato Wedges"
  • Recipe :
  • Boile potato : 6 (cut in cubes)
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • As neededSalt :
  • (First Coating):
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1 tbspOigano
  • 1 tspDried grinded mint
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspChicken powder :
  • 1 tspwhite pepper :
  • (Sec Coating) :
  • Add Rice Crackers 1/2 cup in first coating mixture
  • egg 2 beated

Steps

  1. 1

    Procedure :
    First boil potato n cut into cubes
    keep it in refrigerator for 5 min
    Then coating with flour by dipping it in cold water.
    Keep in fridge for 5 min
    then recoat it with crushed crackers by dipping it with beated egg
    Keep it in fridge for 10 mins.
    Now deep frying till golden brown color appears..
