  • .5 ouncesoy protein isolate
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3 teaspoonsfavorite noncalorie sweetener splenda recommended
  • 7 ounceswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together and microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Enjoy with a little yogurt and maple syrup sugar free of course

  3. 3

    Makes a small bowl.. Around 200 calories. But actually closer to 150 after negating fiber
