Ingredients

  1. 1.0 ouncecoconut flour
  2. .5 ouncesoy protein isolate
  3. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 3 teaspoonsfavorite noncalorie sweetener splenda recommended
  7. 7 ounceswater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together and microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Enjoy with a little yogurt and maple syrup sugar free of course

  3. 3

    Makes a small bowl.. Around 200 calories. But actually closer to 150 after negating fiber
