Grate all the coconut, keep aside 2 tablespoon of the grated coconut in a bowl or plate and blend the remaining coconut, sieve it and keep aside too

Mix the milk and cornflour with water
- 3
In a pot, boil the coconut milk then gradually add the cornflour mixture and the remaining 2 tablespoon of grated coconut and stir for 3 minutes
