Har bhara dal sandge (green lentil mangodi)

Soak harbhara dal in water for 5-6 hours.

Drain water from dal and grind it with garlic cloves coarsely.

Add turmeric powder, hing, red chilli powder, salt and jeera powder. Make sure salt is less than normal. Sandge will reduce in quantity after drying.

Take a plastic sheet and make small balls of the mixture.

Dry it under sun for 2-3 days.

It will be ready. You can use sandge by frying and and adding in curry.
