Steps

Heat 1 tbsp ghee, in a pan add cinnamon stick and cardamon 2 piece. Another flame boil 1.5 cup water. Dilute kesar in warm water.

Add wheat granules in a pan and roast on mid slow flame.add kishmish till it fluffy and aromat add hot water and dilute kesar water stir and cover cook for five mins. till water absorb.Add orange juice stir well. Cook on slow flame.

Now add sugar and 1tbsp. ghee mix properly and cook on a slow flame stir continuously.cover for 2-3 mins.check and again give one stir. till sugar absorb Add kishmish and ghee release it's ready to serve.Serve hot.

Garnish with cardammom powder cinemmon stick and caremalised Almond.
