This no bake cheesecake recipe makes one large (heaping) cheesecake or two thin cakes. Or can also make 24 cupcakes. Recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc. Enjoy! 🍰

1 cuppowdered sugar
2 packs - 12 ozcream cheese (softened)

Beat together well the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Fold in the whipped topping.

Pour mixture into pie crust.

Top with anything you like. I usually use blueberry, strawberry or cherry pie filling. On the cheesecake in the photo I drizzled caramel sauce and sprinkled crushed Heath candy bars.

Refrigerate until eaten.
