In a bowl add in flour, corn starch and spices, add water and mix everything together to form a batter

Then slice your onion and set aside,then place a pan on medium low heat and add oil

Take the onion and deep in the batter,then coat it in golden morn and deep fry until golden brown and crunchy on the outside

When fully fried remove from oil and put them in the coliander to remove the excess oil...enjoy as snack yum yum yum
