Ingredients

  1. 8medium tomatoes, sliced
  2. 1/4 cupolive oil
  3. 2 tspvinegar
  4. 1garlic clove, minced
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1 tspsalt, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash clean your tomatoes

    Cut into jullien strips

    Arrange tomatoes in a bowl

  4. 4

    Pour the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix.

  5. 5

    Pour over tomatoes.

  6. 6

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve
