Rava paniyaram

Firstly in bowl add rava,curd and mix well add water,salt as per taste and mix and keep aside for 20 min.

In a pan add oil,curry leaves,rai,jeera,onion cook it for 2 min and then put it in dat mixture also add pinch of baking soda and peanut chutney before making.

After 20 min heat appam pan brush completely with oil and then add mixture in it and after dat cover it with lid and cook on medium flame for 10 min flip wen it becomes golden brown in colour.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
