Dry roasr coriander, jeera, somp, pepper, red chillies and grind coarsly after cooling

Heat two spoon oil splutter ajwain and kalonji seeds. Keep flame low add turmeric, chilli powder, amchur, garam masala, salt and freshly ground masala

Add chopped ginger garlic and add boiled and cubed potato and mix
- 4
