Ingredients

  1. 2 tspcoriander
  2. 1/2 tspjeera / cumin
  3. 1/2 tspfennel
  4. 1/2 tsp pepper
  5. 2red chillies
  6. 1/2 kg regular or baby potatoes
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1/2 tspajwain /carom
  9. 1/2 tspkaonji / nigella
  10. Pinchturmeric
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp amchoor powder / dry mango powder
  13. 1/2 tspspoon garam masala
  14. 1 tbspChopped ginger and garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roasr coriander, jeera, somp, pepper, red chillies and grind coarsly after cooling

    Heat two spoon oil splutter ajwain and kalonji seeds. Keep flame low add turmeric, chilli powder, amchur, garam masala, salt and freshly ground masala

    Add chopped ginger garlic and add boiled and cubed potato and mix
