Boiled or fried potatoes then smash it

Mix potatoes with ground beef, chopped onions, chopped parsley leaves, fried onions

Then add salt and pepper with seasoning and mix well

Cut at top of dried tofu and fill the stuff into it

The last step, stir 2 eggs, then dip tofu into the eggs and then start to fry into hot oil till it golden brown.
