Steps

Heat a pan. Pour some mustard oil.

Add jeera,hing,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi.

Add tomatoes saute well till the masala leaves oil.

Add the kasuri methi & potatoes just a bit of water & mix well.

Add salt. Cover & cook till the potatoes are covered in masala.

Add a cup of water & garammasala & let it boil till gravy reaches require consistency.

Serve hot with pooris.
