Ingredients

  1. 3-4large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. Cancream of chicken
  3. Cancream of celery
  4. Cancream of mushroom
  5. 1 cupsour cream
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt, pepper and garlic powder
  7. 1 Tablespoonsparsley
  8. 1 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  9. 1 cupshredded cheese
  10. 1 boxcornbread stuffing
  11. 1 cupFrench fried onions
  12. 1 cupchicken broth
  13. 1/2 stickbutter melted

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

    Season chicken as you wish and cook till done and shred. I used Longhorns seasoning and pressure cooked my chicken

    Mix all cream soups, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder

  4. 4

    Stir in chicken, vegetables and cheese

  5. 5

    Place in a greased 13×9 inch dish

  6. 6

    Top with fried onions and then stuffing

  7. 7

    Melt butter and mix with broth and pour evenly on top

  8. 8

    Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until done
