Ingredients

  • 2small size bottle guard
  • To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonTurmeric Powder
  • as neededSome p green coriander
  • 2-4Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4green chilli finely chopped
  • 1medium spoon mustard oil
  • 2Onion chopped
  • 2Tomato chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kadai then take mustard oil,mix on it cumin all chopped things

  2. 2

    After colour change of onion then mix all spices with some water

  3. 3

    Then mix on it bottle guard then cover it for 5-8 min

  4. 4

    Your dish ready to eat with chapati or plain pranthan.
