Banana flavoured butter scotch icecream

Heat a heavy bottom pan add butter and sugar. When it melts add dry nuts and cook on very low flame until caramelised. Spread the mixture in greased plate and set for 10 minute. Than crush roughly to nske butter scotch nuts.

Now whip the cream add sugar powder and assence and whip for around 10 minutes. Keep in refrigerator.

Boil 1 cup milk,in a bowl take cornflour add 2tbsp cold milk and mix well. Pour in hot milk and boil for 10 to 15 minutes with continuously stirring. Lea e it for 1 hour to cool completely.

Grind banana with rest of milk and add it to the milk and refrigerate for 2 hour

Now take both milk part and cream part and combine them,add 2 tbsp of butter scotch nuts and mix well. Transfer in an airtight container and set it for 8 to 10 hour in refrigerator.

Sprinkle butter scotch nuts and serve chill.
