Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 2 tbspgroundnuts
  • 4-5potatoes
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 2lime juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspginger
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the sabudana for 6-8 hrs. Boil and smash the potatoes.

    Now add all the above ingredients along with the potatoes in the soaked sabudana. Mix well.

    Take small portion and with the help of your hands make small balls and then flatten them. Deep fry in batches till golden brown.
