Ingredients

10 minutes to cook 10 minutes to prepare
2 servings
  1. 4pork loin chops battered out until thin (you could use pork escalope for this but its hard to find in the supermarket)
  2. 2 cupspanko breadcrumbs
  3. about 2 tbs chopped mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage)
  4. 1beaten egg
  5. Olive oil
  6. salt and pepper
  7. Lemon wedges to serve

Steps

10 minutes to cook 10 minutes to prepare
  1. 1

    Mix the herbs into the breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Dip the chops into the beaten egg then coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Fry the chops for a couple of minutes on each side in olive oil until crispy and golden and cooked through. Then keep warm in the oven until ready to eat.
