  • 1/2of cous-cous
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Red pepper
  • Seasonings
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • For the salat
  • green pepper
  • Carrot
  • Red pepper
  • Pinchsalt
  • Chicken wing
  • Thyme
  • Turmeric

  1. 1

    Firstly u will marinade ur chicken for atlest 30min then put in pot with onions and garlic and salt and pinch of turmeric level the water like 1cup allow to cook for 15min

  2. 2

    Remove the chicken set aside while the water is still boiling then add 2 seasoning of ur choice add the scotch bonnet and red pepper to boil again with oil like 3-4tbsp then add in your cous cous make sure it is above the level water in a low heat heat cook for jst 5min while you are standing ooo

  3. 3

    Well for the salat dice the items long add 1tbsp of oil to pan add carrot pinch of salt add green and red pepper stir fry for 2min

  4. 4

    Well ur chicken out there waitin add 1tbsp of oil to pan and add the chicken to make it brown while you remove the bone wait for like 5min then cut into size of ur choice

  5. 5

    Make a souce of ur choice and serve
