Colacao Hot Chocolate with Mini Churros

Heat the water with the salt in a saucepan. When it comes to a boil, pour it into a bowl with the flour. Mix for about 5 minutes using a large spoon.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a small tip. Fry the churros in sunflower oil over medium heat once the oil is fully heated.

When the churros are golden, drain them on paper towels. (Be careful, they cook very quickly.)

For the hot chocolate, melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Once melted, add the tablespoon of flour and whisk. Quickly add the milk and whisk well to avoid lumps.

When it starts to boil, add the Colacao powder. Set the heat to medium-high and whisk almost constantly until it thickens, about 8-10 minutes. Ready to serve.
