Blend the boiled ingredients, then season and cook the sauce for 10 minutes. Add the cilantro.

Cut the pork cracklings into squares and add them to the sauce. Cook until the cracklings are soft, about 10 minutes.

Serve. This dish goes well with rice, beans, and corn tortillas.
