Gather all ingredients The rice must be soaked previously in water for 4 hours. Grind it with onion pieces and chilli powder.(i have used less chilli powder for health reasons)

Add salt to the batter. Spread baate ron hot tawa apply oil and cook.The Dosa can be made immediately. it does not become crispy and it has a soft texture. it tastes good with sugar.
