200 gmPalak / spinach
50 gmmatar /peas
50gmDhaniya / coriander
1 tbspTuar dal
1Tomato
2Greenchilli
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1/2tspAmchoor / dry mango powder
1 tspGarlic chopped
1 tbspDesighee
1 tspRoasted besan

Steps

Take ingredients salt to taste in a cooker add 1 cup water and after 1 whistle cook on slow heat for 10 minutes.

Remove and mash with masher.
Add besan and anchoor and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Heat ghee in a pan add garlic and fry till brown.Pour in khatta saag

Eat with rice or chappati
