Steps

Soak rava / sooki for 3- hours.

Take bowl add Sooji,dosa batter salt and jeera, mix well.

Put this better on hot tawa and spread it in a circular motion thin circle.

Add butter,add chopped green chilli,add chopped coriander leaves,add chopped tomatoes,add sprinkle grated cheese,add red chilli powder,add tomato sauce,add potato mixture,add more butter, mix well.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.add gravy in bowl.

Roll the dosa,serve with hot Sambhar, coconut chutney,and ghotala gravy.

Serve hot and Enjoy.
