Add the flours and rava to a deep utensil

Add the remaining ingredients except water. Mix well
- 3
Now gradually add water and mix leave aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

For the coconut chutney, roast curry leaves in a teaspoon oil till crisp. add the grated coconut,dal,green chillies, curry leaves with the oil,salt and sugar to a mixie jar and grind with sufficient water to a thick paste. Temper. Chutney is ready

Heat a tawa with a tsp oil. Now take a laddle of batter stirring well,pour from the sides on hot tawa. If not sufficient take another laddle and pour from other sides. Fill the gaps

Let it cook and roast on medium high heat. drizzle with some oil all over. Fold on one side. Roast for some time

Turn side and roast further.can drizzle with some oil

Serve delicious hot ragi rava onion dosa with hotel style coconut chutney right away.
