Wash and chop spinach.

Wash Poha and squeeze it. Grate the boiled potatoes.

Now in a bowl mix all ingredients together and make a dough. If you want can add 2-3 tbsp bread crumbs.and some dry fruits like cashews and raisins.

Add some oil in the dough to make it smooth. Now take a small portion and make tikki shaped.

Heat oil in a wok on low to medium heat. Deep fry these tikkis till golden brown. You can also shallow fry these Poha tikki for a healthy.option.

When it becomes golden brown from both sides then take out on kitchen towel.

Now serve these delicious tikki with sauce and desired chutney.
