Steps

Firstly put Dal (soaked with water fr 2/3hrs)in a mixer with salt,ginger,1tsp besan,a pinch soda, blend coarsely

In a Kadhai/ pan put oil, when heats up put in medium flame,put balls of dal batter,each fry till light pinkish colour and put hot balla wada in water for few mins and then squeeze water from each and Keep it a bowl

In a bowl put curds and blend it little salt and put all ballas (wadas) in it and keep it fridge fr 10 mins and garnish with coriander leaves and Masalas( Red chilli powder jeera powder kalimirch powder sprinkle over it, serve chilled.
