3 cupsflour
90 gbutter
10eggs
1 tablespoonsugar
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonbaking powder

Seive the flour mix it butter add all the dry ingredients mix well, break one egg and add 3/4 cup of water to make a dough knead it well and cover it for 30 minutes.

Put the remaining 9 eggs in a pot add water to boil, after that keep it to cool and then peal the back gently and divide each into two equal parts and keep aside.

After 30 minutes knead your dough again, divide it into 18 equal parts, use rolling pin make it flat on a clean flat surface, remove edge to get a square then cut the middle edge like this

Put one half of the egg in the middle

Then fold the edge like this

After you finished folding, repeat the process in step 3 and put the one you start like this

Fold it again as in step 5 to get something like this

Continiou the process until you finish all. You can put toothpick in the middle of the egg star if your dough is too hard to avoid falling apart of the shape. You can bake or fry.
