1. Devein prawn and clean in running water thoroughly. After cleaning prawn should weigh half a kg.
2. Marinate prawn with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, corn flour and curry leaves. Add a bit oil to this. Marinate this for at least 4 hours in fridge i kept this for overnight.

3. Heat oil in pan Drop prawn one by one and fry both sides and take away. Dry excess oil in tissue and serve hot. You can drop 5 - 6 pieces one time. Try to do shallow fry deep fry may take off the masalas.
