Jollof rice and Plantain

Blend your fresh tomatoes, tattasai, tarugu and Onion together. Pound your garlic and keep aside

Chop your other onion and keep aside.

Put your pot on the fire and pour both groundnut oil and palm oil together and add small onion to fry it, then add your chopped onion and tomato paste and fry it for 1 minutes

Add your grounded tomatoes and garlic, Cover the pot and allow it steam for some minutes and add water to boil

Then add your seasonings, salt, curry and thyme

Wash your rice and add it to your mixture and cover until it is Cook. And fry your plantain and put aside

When the rice is done, serve it with plantain. You chose to eat with fried chicken or couslow.
