For Batti:- Take flour in the deep bowl. Add salt, carrom seeds, ghee(approximately 2tbsp

Using water knead medium consistency dough.

Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes

Let make out Churma

Take dough put ghee in it. Knead it like Batti dough

Now heat a pan. Make thick chapatis out of dough. Cook it properly on pan using ghee. Apply ghee in both the side and cook it by flipping and flopping.

Make all the chapatis. Keep it aside to cool down.

Meanwhile take dry fruits of your choice and fry it in the ghee for 1-2 minutes.

Once all the chapatis Are cooled diwn grind them in a grinder. Little by little. When one batch is done strain it through the strainer. Repeat the process til all chapatis are done.

Now in a pan heat some ghee. Pour it over the mixture of grinded chapatis. Add fried dry fruits, some cardamom powder. Your Churma is ready to Enjoy 😊.

If you want to make ladoos add more ghee to it and make small balls.

Let’s move to Batti.

Preheat the over to 450 f. Take the dough. Kneadit again for one or two minutes. Take some dough and make a ball out of it.

Give some impressions with butter knife.

Put all the Battis in the overnight and bake it at least 30-35 minutes. Keep on checking in between for doness.

After 10-15 minutes(in between the baking time, take Batti one at a time in you hands and kind of crush it). This will help Batti to make properly.

Once the Battis are done Dip these beautiful golden brown ball in a bowl full of ghee. 😊. Enjoy!!!
