Soak the rice over night

Wash the rice

Add half a cup of the cooked rice

Add in the yeast and the onions

Blend, cover and allow to rise

After rising add the remaining cooked rice, add the salt and the sugar.

Get a non stick pan, put a little oil and pour a reasonable amount of the batter into the pan, cover and allow to cook for 3-4 minute
- 8
Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the batter. To be eaten with stew, sauce or any soup of your choice
