Even though it might not seem appealing right now, it's a great dish to help cleanse after summer indulgences, haha.
Steps

Trim the ends off the green beans and cut them into pieces about 2 inches long. Wash and set aside.

Peel the potatoes. Set aside.

Peel the onions. Set aside.
- 4
Place everything in the pressure cooker, cover with water, add a splash of olive oil and salt. Cook according to your pressure cooker's instructions. Serve hot, drizzled with olive oil and, if desired, vinegar or mayonnaise.
