Ingredients

  • 1 packetlinguine noodles, cooked, rinsed and cooled
  • 1/2 headsliced Napa Cabbage or more depending on your preference
  • 1/2 headsliced purple cabbage
  • 1/2 bagbaby spinach
  • 1whole red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1whole yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 bagbean sprouts
  • 1 bunchcilantro chopped
  • 3whole scallions sliced
  • 3cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • 1 canwhole cashews
  • For Dressing:
  • 1whole lime juiced
  • 8 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 8 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  • 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 3 tablespoonsfresh ginger
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 2whole hot peppers or jalapeños chopped
  • Chopped cilantro

    Mix salad ingredients together. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Mix with tongs or hands and serve on a platter.
