Steps

Firstly boiled potatoes and peel then after peeling cut in small pieces in other side take a wok and heat oil for 1min put ginger garlic paste in it untilll it comes brown.

In ginger garlic paste put chopped onion an let them comes light brown after that pour chopped tomato and chopped green chilli, turmaric powder, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, corriender Powder mix it well.

Put potato pieces in it and in last add garam masala then garnish with chopped coriander leaves mix well and serve it with chappati.
