Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupssugar
  2. 3/4 cupsvegetable ghee
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 3 cupsflour
  6. Any flavored jam

Cooking Instructions

    Beat eggs with sugar.

  2. 2

    Add vegetable ghee. Mix.

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and two cups of flour. Mix with hands.

  4. 4

    Add one more cup flour or more depending on dough, until it doesn’t stick anymore.

  5. 5

    Grease a pan and spread two thirds of the dough on it. Place the remaining third in the freezer.

  6. 6

    Spread the jam.

  7. 7

    Grate the third over the jam.

  8. 8

    Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until it turns golden.
