Cheesy Chicken Omelette

Loads of moist chicken tossed in garlic and bar b q sauce, mingled with cheddar and mozzarella, wrapped and folded in fluffy golden crusty omelette.

Loads of moist chicken tossed in garlic and bar b q sauce, mingled with cheddar and mozzarella, wrapped and folded in fluffy golden crusty omelette.
Steps

Beat eggs with milk, salt and white pepper until frothy and set aside.

Now heat oil in a pan and add chicken. Add salt and black pepper. Toss on high heat. Add bar b q sauce and cook until chicken is done.

Shift chicken to the chopping board and chop roughly.

In the same pan, add butter. Once butter is melted, add beaten eggs.

Spread evenly and turn the flame to very low. Cover the lid and let it cook until eggs are done. Keep rotating pan so that uncooked egg is shifted to the sides of pan and cooked perfectly.

Now spread mozzarella cheese on half of omelette. Add chicken and spread evenly. Add cheddar cheese and paprika powder.

Fold the other half on it and press gently with a spatula. Cover the lid and let it cook until cheese melts.

Serve hot.
