Ingredients

  • 195sugar
  • 173 gall purpose flour
  • 9eggs separated
  • 40 gcocoa powder
  • 5 mlvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C grease ur baking tin

  2. 2

    Separate eggyolks 9 and eggwhites

    Whip the eggwhites till stiff.

    Add the eggyolks one by one as you mix

    Add sugar a table spoon as you mix.

    Add vanilla essence,

    Sift your flour and cocoa powder, using a spatula or whisk gently fold in the dry ingredients till well combined carefully not to deflate the mixture.

    Put the mixture into the baking tin bake at 180°C at 35-40 min. Decorate as you please
