Ingredients

3-servings
  • 3/4 -Cup Jowar flour
  • 2 -Cup water
  • 1 -tbsp jeera / cumin
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 -tsp baking soda
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 -tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 -tsp pickle masala (methiya Sambhara)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in kadai and add jeera,salt & baking soda.reduce 1/4 of water

    Now add green chilli & flour slowly & stir continuously with wooden roller till thick & smooth consistency add oil & mix well

    Fill prepared khicha in a bowl & press properly and unmould in plate and sprinkle pickle masala and serve hot healthy & tasty khicha
