Ingredients

  • 1/2 poundsmoked ham
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonyellow prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoongranulated onion powder
  • 1 teaspoonground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard powder
  • 1 tablespoonchopped parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoonaged cayenne hot pepper sauce or Tabasco
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred wine vinegar
  • To tasteground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the ham into cubes.

    Mix all the ingredients and add to a blender. Blend till a smooth consistency. Serve on crackers, chips, bread, or as sandwiches. I hope that you will enjoy!!
