Steps

Cut and wash the fish.

Spice it up with ginger garlic paste to remove it smell and fry

Peel off the skin and remove the bones.

Crush the fish with fork or use motar and pestle

Add in onion,green pepper,curry,seasoning,garlic,bell pepper and egg and mix it thoroughly.

Put water in a pot and bring it to boil..while waiting for the water to boil,tie the fish mixture in the plastic leader...tie in to your desired quantity.

Put the fish in a boiling water to cook.

When done,in a bowl break the egg and add little seasoning.Dip in the fish balls and fry turn each sides till golden brown..And its done.
