Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmota poha / thick flatten rice
  • 1chopped aloo / potato
  • 4chopped green chillis
  • 1-2chopped onion
  • 1 tsprai seeds / mustard seeds
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tspjeera seeds / cumin seeds
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan and mix rai seeds and jeera in hot oil

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and chillis

  3. 3

    Add chopped potato and tomato with turmeric powder and mirchi powder

  4. 4

    Add water soaked poha and mix it well

  5. 5

    After 15 minutes the poha is ready to eat. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
