Peel the potato & cut into cubes boil the potato & strain, then in a boiling water(small quantity) add a pinch of salt & oil & add the cous-cous just 1 boil is enough then u strain it in a colander. Then u cut d veggies add oil & ol d seasonings & fry then u add d cous-cous & boiled potato & stir evry thing on low heat then serve 😋
