In a pan melt butter, add onions, garlic and saute

Add minced meat cook for a few minutes, then add salt, curry and oregano and stir occasionally and cook for another 10 minutes

Add seasoning, parsley, potatoes, carrots, peas, celery and add water or chicken stock cover and allow to cook for 10mnts

Thicken the soup with corn flour and take off the heat
