In a big plate add the flours, onions, chilli paste, salt, coriander and mix well. Mix it little by little with water as shown in the pic.

Into a sheet apply some oil, and make lemon size balls with the dough and flatten them with a hole in center. Into a heavy flat pan add a spoon of oil and add the flattened dough and roast on one side until crisp.

They are ready to be served. Serve with some coconut chutney.
