Deep Fried ice cream (without melting the ice cream)

Take 2 scoops of any flavored ice cream. Freeze it for about 3-4 hours.

Take 3-4 slices of sandwich bread. Cut the crust of the bread slices. Keep it aside.

After 3-4 hours when your ice cream becomes firm. Take it out from freezer.

Place it on one of the bread slice, cover it with other slice. Cover the whole ice cream properly. For this I use 3 bread slices. There should be no cracks.

Make a ball and freeze it for at least 6-7 hours. I did it overnight.

Heat oil in a pan. Bring the temperature of oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees centigrade.

Place the ice cream ball in the oil and fry it only for 15 to 20 seconds.

Take it out and decorate it with chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup. Whatever you want.
