Coat the pork in a little bit of salt.

In a saucepan, heat the butter over a low to medium heat and add the pork. Flip occasionally to cook on both side. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until it's cooked through.

Remove any butter in the pan and fillet the pork shoulder.

Add the cut pork back to the pan and add the cheese. Heat until the cheese is melted.

Heat the pita bread through.

In the pita bread pocket add the cheesy meat and enjoy.
