Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsonions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cupscelery, chopped
  • 1/2 cupbutter (1 stick)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 cupbroth or water
  • 1/2 teaspoonpoultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonsage
  • to tasteBlack pepper,
  • 3 cupsdry bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onions and celery in butter until tender.

  2. 2

    Mix seasonings together separately and sprinkle over bread crumbs or cubes.

  3. 3

    Add onion mixture and water.

  4. 4

    Stuff your turkey and roast.
