  • 250 gmsall purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 100 gmsstrawberries blendes
  • 1 tspstrawberry essence
  • 2eggs
  • 125 gmsmargarine
  • 125 gmssugar
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. 2

    Prepare your baking tin.

  3. 3

    Mix margarine & sugar till pale and fluffy.

  4. 4

    Add in eggs one by one.

  5. 5

    Add in essence, then fold in flour alternating with milk and then strawberries.

  6. 6

    Bake for 40mins or until skewer comes out clean. Enjoy it.
