Take a small pot(matki) and add kar, water and salt in it and cover the upper portion of the pot with the help of cotton cloth and keep it for 4 days in sunlight. After 4 days take out the water from the kar and wash them. Now put them again in the pot and add water and buttermilk in it and cover it again and keep the kar for 2 days in sunlight. and again after 2 days washed the kar for 3-4 time and crush it.

Heat the oil in a kadai and put cumin, fennel seeds, onion seeds and mustard seeds in it. When they start to crackle then add crushed kar in the kadai and saute it for few seconds and add all dry spices in it and mix it well and cook it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn off the gas and serve it with chapatti and Parantha.
